At Moore Pet Supplies, we pride ourselves in providing only quality equipment. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item subject to the following return policy. 

Special Criteria:  Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt by customer.  Returns must be new and unused...all items will be inspected for hair and usage.  There is a mandatory 25% restocking fee as dictated by the manufacturer.

Items returned in like-new, re-sellable condition will be issued credit for the purchase price of the returned item (less shipping).   Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

Call Tags will only be issued for items that arrive damaged or for shipping errors.
