The Security Boss® MaxSeal® Pet Doors and Screen doors are the very best quality doors on the market. To ensure your satisfaction with these premium products, Moore Pet Supplies offers our customers a 30 day return period for doors that do not meet the expectations of the customer. Regardless if the door has been installed or not, you will receive a refund in the amount of the purchase price, minus the original free shipping charge, upon return of the product; . You are responsible for sending the item back to us.

Moore Pet Supplies offers you a return services label as part of our Hassle Free Returns Program for these products. This is an exclusive offer for the Security Boss® Screen Doors and the MaxSeal® Pet Doors and is not offered on any other items. By using this program, we are responsible for any damage in shipping, not you. We will arrange for UPS to arrive at your location with a return label and pick up the package for you. You simply need to package the pet door so it is ready for the UPS driver.

4. Repackage the item, in the same manner it was received, with all proper packaging material and protection.
5. Place the package outside where normal deliveries are made.
6. Moore Pet Supplies will then arrange for a UPS delivery person to pick up this package within 3 working days.
7. Actual return shipping costs will be deducted from your credit once item is received and inspected.
