Plexidor Premium Pet Doors
The Plexidor Premium Pet doors are made with Plexiglas. There is an air-pocket (approx. 1/8") molded in the doors, designed to provide an insulating door. The smallest size is a single piece door, hinged at the side, while the larger sizes have a "saloon door" style. The rigid door panels are lined on the edges with high-density brush-like material. Each door is connected by internal springs to close the flaps (replaceable).
Wall Mount model has a tunnel kit that will fit walls up to 12" thick
Door mount model fits doors up to 1 3/4" thick
The Plexidor is one of the quietest pet doors
All sizes (except Small) have a screw-in locking plate that can be affixed if the door is to be locked off for an extended period of time. For frequently locking; a key Yale lock allows you to lock the pet door (key included). This door is a very unique design that utilizes the rigid panel door design. It is rated as a "very-good" insulating pet door.
